As a seasoned facilitator, I understand that hosting a retreat and holding space for others requires tremendous energy and dedication—and facilitators need support too.

By choosing Casa Nautika, you’re choosing to give yourself the essential support you need to fully show up for your participants. Since Casa Nautika’s founding in 2016, I’ve had the honor of hosting over 60 retreats and providing mentorship and support to facilitators and guests across a wide range of formats. No matter the theme, I’m here to walk with you every step of the way—to ensure your success as a retreat host and to help your group feel completely at peace and at home. It’s been a joy to collaborate with both first-time facilitators and experienced hosts, co-creating the optimal experience they envision for their guests.

From planning transportation, excursions, and meals to offering interpersonal support, sharing self-care practices, or bringing music and stories into the space, I’m by your side throughout the whole journey. Whether you’re hosting your first retreat or have years of experience, my passion is to welcome all participants and help them experience the very best this paradise has to offer.

Delicious Daily Meals

Your retreat pricing includes three organic meals made fresh daily by our in-house chef, using locally sourced ingredients. We’ll work closely with you to craft a meal plan that perfectly satisfies your guests dietary requirements and restrictions.

Yoga Shala | Temple Space

All retreat groups have access to our multipurpose temple space, perfect for hosting your own activities. Alternatively, Casa Nautika can arrange a variety of services led by our talented local sound healers, musicians, singer-songwriters, or guest facilitators.

Airport & Local Transportation

Dominical is a 3-hour drive from San Jose International Airport. We’re happy to coordinate round-trip airport shuttles or taxis and arrange transportation for local events and adventures. A 4x4 vehicle is required for Casa Nautika and much of the area.

Fully-Stocked Kitchen

Our kitchen is equipped with everything you need to feel right at home, from dinnerware and cookware to a Vitamix blender, dehydrator, and food processor. Help yourself to whatever you need—mi casa es tu casa.

Casa Nautika comfortably accommodates 12 guests across 6 rooms, with a minimum of 6 guests per retreat.

Casa Nautika is the perfect space for an intimate retreat experience. We can host groups of 6 to 12 guests, and we ask for a minimum stay of 7 nights and 8 days to fully enjoy all that we have to offer. Your total retreat cost includes all amenities, accommodations, and support services listed above.
